S&S Global Services provides back-office and business support services to US businesses. Our operations are based in Karachi, Pakistan. You can contact us at info@sandsglobalservices.com.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, contact form or consultation request, we collect the details you provide: your name, business email, company, and optionally your phone number, state, service interest, workload description and preferred contact method or times.

We also record limited technical information to protect the site from abuse: a one-way hashed (not raw) version of your IP address, and the page where you first arrived and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed.

Please do not submit sensitive information such as insurance files, health information, passwords or payment details through our forms.

How we use it

  • To understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries
  • To protect the website against spam and abuse

Analytics and cookies

If analytics are enabled, we only load them after you accept analytics cookies. We do not send your name, email, phone number or form contents to analytics providers. A small essential session cookie is used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.

Third-party content

Some images on this website are loaded from Unsplash's image service and fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser loads them, those providers receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and email (for example, hosting and email delivery providers), and where required by law.

International processing

Our team is based in Pakistan, so information you submit may be accessed and processed outside the United States.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and then delete or anonymize them. Owner to set retention period
