We work with each client to establish appropriate access controls, documented workflows and quality checks. Here is how we approach it.

Access control
We request individual (never shared) accounts with only the permissions each task needs, and ask clients to enable multi-factor authentication where their systems support it. Access is removed when a team member no longer needs it.
Work inside your systems
Wherever possible we work directly in your agency management system, CRM, helpdesk or storage, rather than moving files to other locations.
Confidentiality
We are happy to sign client NDAs and agree data-handling terms in writing before any work begins.
Documented procedures
Each recurring task has a written procedure agreed with the client, which keeps work consistent and makes reviews straightforward.
Quality review
Checklists, second-person review on agreed high-risk items and sampled quality checks, with findings shared in regular reviews.
Escalation
Anything outside the agreed procedure, or requiring licensed or management judgement, is escalated to your designated contact before action.
Regulatory boundaries
We provide administrative support. We do not bind coverage, underwrite, adjust claims, or give insurance, legal, tax or medical advice. These decisions stay with your appropriately licensed and authorized staff.
We do not currently claim any third-party security certification. If your organization has specific security, privacy or contractual requirements, we will review them with you during scoping.
